May 24, 2025, Guam — The Customs UNI-PASS International Agency (CUPIA) participated in the 2025 Annual Conference of the Oceania Customs Organisation (OCO), held from May 21 to 23 in Guam, a U.S. territory. During the event, CUPIA promoted its comprehensive customs solution, e-PASS, and explored potential avenues for cooperation with countries in the Pacific region.
On May 21 (Wednesday), CUPIA delivered a special presentation during a closed Customs Head Roundtable session, introducing its global initiatives, the features of the e-PASS system, and possible models for collaboration with OCO member countries.
Throughout the conference, CUPIA also provided a live-demo of e-PASS, engaging directly with customs administrations from the 23 member countries to provide information about the system and foster dialogue on future cooperation.
