CUPIA Invited to Tanzania’s International Women’s Day Events, Recognized for Its Contributions

The Customs UNI-PASS International Agency (CUPIA) was invited to participate in the International Women’s Day 2026 commemorative events held in Tanzania.

The events, organized across various regions, brought together local communities and key institutions to celebrate the role of women in social and economic development. As a key partner, CUPIA was invited to join these engagements and was recognized by Tanzanian authorities and relevant stakeholders for its contributions and continued efforts in supporting national development.

CUPIA has built a strong partnership with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) through the successful implementation of major digital transformation initiatives, including the Integrated Domestic Revenue Administration System (IDRAS) and the Tanzania Customs Integrated System (TANCIS). These projects have contributed to enhancing revenue administration efficiency, improving operational processes, and advancing digital transformation across government functions.

This invitation reflects the trust and recognition established through CUPIA’s ongoing cooperation in Tanzania and highlights its role as a reliable partner in advancing digital customs and tax administration. CUPIA remains committed to working closely with partner countries to support sustainable development and public sector innovation.
